We make CarbonX™ 3D Filament using High-Modulus Carbon Fiber and premium resins.  These filaments are ideal for applications that require superior stiffness, ease of printing, improved dimensional stability, UV-resistance, and lighter weight parts vs. standard structural materials.  

Exceptional Stiffness:  High-modulus carbon fiber is an ideal reinforcement when seeking an exceptionally stiff, yet relatively lightweight, structural reinforcement.  CarbonX™ carbon fiber reinforced compounds are used for printing structural applications that must withstand a wide variety of end-use environments.

Improved Dimensional Stability:  One of the main issues with 3D printing is excessive warp with unfilled materials.  Additives such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, graphite, mica, wolastonite, and others are often used to reduce warp and improve dimensional stability.  Our CarbonX™ carbon fiber grades solve this problem by utilizing state-of-the-art carbon fibers that are chosen for compatibility with the host resins and formulated specifically for maximizing performance in 3D printing.
